Oversees daily operations, fleet deployment, crew coordination, and field logistics. Ensures safe and efficient execution of rig moves, infield transportation, and drilling support services across all project sites.
Mr. Mohammed Ali Yahya Al‑Harazi
Responsible for group-level financial governance, budgeting, contract evaluation, and compliance. Supports long-term financial stability and strategic decision-making across all business units.
Mr. Raju Vijay
Manages the company's financial operations, including budgeting, cost control, banking, HR-linked financial processes, and audit coordination. Ensures accurate financial reporting and maintains strong alignment with regulatory requirements.
Mr. Rajesh Babu M
Leads operational planning, field coordination, and QHSE compliance. Ensures that all rig-moving, transportation, and drilling support activities meet strict safety, quality, and regulatory standards, strengthening the operational safety culture.
Mr. Ismail Hamood Humaid Al Habsi
Leads and alternates with the Operations/QHSE Manager to provide continuous operational oversight. Manages crew deployment, site coordination, and daily logistics activities ensuring uninterrupted field operations.
Mr. Fareed Saleh Khamis Al Balushi
The Purchase Manager manages procurement, inventory, and material delivery to support rig‑moving and logistics operations. The role ensures timely sourcing of equipment, tools, and operational supplies while maintaining strong vendor relationships and cost‑effective purchasing. Through efficient material coordination and audit‑ready documentation, the Purchase Manager supports uninterrupted field activities and enhances overall operational readiness.
Mrs. Sameera Said Nasser Al-Harthy
The HR Manager oversees recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations to ensure a disciplined and compliant workforce. The role supports both field and office operations through effective HR processes, performance management, and adherence to Omani labour laws. By maintaining accurate HR documentation and coordinating mandatory safety and competency programs, the HR Manager strengthens organizational capability and contributes to safe, reliable, and efficient operations.
